چکیده

One of the most significant performance indicators for measuring machinability materials is tool wear and surface roughness. Choosing best combination cutting parameters can help reduce production costs, which what manufacturing industry interested in. At same time, industries are always looking an alternative to conventional flood cooling since its use creates environmental burden health concerns operators. Therefore, vegetable oil-based minimum quantity lubrication (MQCL) considered a environment. Sunflower oil utilized as base fluid in MQCL applied zone through nozzle. The turning experiments conducted on C45 material widely used various industrial applications, including numerous automotive components. Since machining C45, it present-day need assess lubricating approaches avoid adverse effects cooling. Taguchi method was present work minimize roughness wear. L9 orthogonal array constructed, were performed steel using coated carbide tools. statistical approach evaluate effect output responses. optimal settings speed, feed, depth cut 100 m/min, 0.18 mm/rev, 0.150 mm, 80 mm According findings, feed rate, varied by 1.9%, 78.3%, 14.04%, around 43.8%, 37.9%, 6.3%, respectively. outcomes be useful metal-cutting identify with MQCL.
